Many African countries are not prepared to fight effectively against problems that are created by the availability of alcohol. To prevent these problems is even more challenging. In every society, easy available alcohol should be apposed by a strong national and local policy.

Recovering from addiction is a multi-dimensional and challenging journey, one that can only be attempted with a support system. In collaboration with Blue Cross of Canton Bern, Switzerland, IBC developed a guide to introduce the concept of self help and show how to mobilising these groups in your country.
